How do you determine my trade-in value?+
We use Canadian Black Book, current wholesale auction data for BC, and a real-time physical inspection of your vehicle. The number we quote is the number we pay — no haggling, no surprises, no fees. We regularly beat the big-box lots because we move our own inventory without the middleman.
Can I trade in a car I still owe money on?+
Yes, most of the time. We pay out your existing lender directly and roll any positive or negative equity into the new deal. Bring your most recent loan statement and we'll run the numbers on the spot.
What warranty comes with the car?+
Every vehicle on our floor comes with a complimentary 90-day / 5,000 km powertrain warranty covering the engine, transmission, and drivetrain. Extended coverage up to 4 years / 80,000 km is available through our partners, and we'll walk you through the options before you sign.
